Salary Range: £22.91-£24.06 per hour

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans and conduct regular assessments and reviews.

Requirements
  • RN or RMN qualification with experience in a care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
