Horticultural Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team at phs Greenleaf. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our horticultural services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures
  • Attend sites to assist with installations, quality checks, and site surveys
  • Guide teams in best practice and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with interviewing, training, and career management of teams

Requirements

  • Hold a clean, full manual driving licence (or with less than 6 points)

  • Experience within the horticulture industry or as a supervisor/team leader is beneficial
  • Preferred qualifications are IPAF and/or Lantra
