About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective retention strategies to stimulate growth and maintain our customer databases across all platforms and channels.

You will work closely with our Performance & Marketing Manager to analyze consumer behavior, create powerful data-driven flows and segments, and deliver high-end email marketing campaigns for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze consumer behavior and create data-driven retention strategies to improve customer engagement and retention rates.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and hit KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, creative, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in achieving growth objectives.
  • Stay informed about data privacy regulations and compliance to ensure all email campaigns adhere to legal standards.
About You:

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a proven track record, and a creative flair. You will have a proven performance record, including increased customer retention, LTV, revenue, and profitability through a clearly defined and robustly executed retention strategy.

You will have mastered your retention strategy, which has had a significant measurable impact upon the profitability of our global E-commerce channels.

You will have played a key role in implementing new processes or technologies within the Company that have improved client satisfaction and profitability.
