About the Opportunity
Blue Arrow - Newbury is seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Establishment Leader to join their team in Oxfordshire, UK. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the food and beverage department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role, preferably in a similar industry setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 to £31,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
