About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art care homes.
  • You will be working with residents who require support with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management.
  • You will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain their dignity and well-being.

Our Residents:

We have residents with varying levels of needs, including those with advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
