Job Title: Support Worker - Care Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Barchester complex care home. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain their dignity and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that each resident receives individualized care and attention.

Our Residents:

We have residents with varying levels of needs, including those with advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease. You will be expected to work with these individuals, providing tailored care and support to meet their unique requirements.
