About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team at Havas Helia Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop scopes of work, including writing estimates and planning timings for projects of varying sizes.
  2. Manage project timings, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  3. Track budgets and expenditure for projects, monitoring any changes and raising purchase orders for external suppliers.
  4. Champion ways of working, participating in the establishment of practices, templates, and processes to improve project management.
  5. Coordinate teams, including strategists, creatives, designers, and client services, to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to set priorities, meet objectives, and ensure project milestones and budget expectations are met.
  7. Foster relationships with external stakeholders, collaborating with them to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  8. Identify issues and risks early in the project lifecycle and develop solutions to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of how our business operates.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Passion for good creative work and technology, with a desire to continuously improve and develop skills.
