Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Customer Success team and drive the delivery of complex projects within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of our digital solutions and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project technical scope, costs, quality, and time parameters are managed and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a champion for our customers, monitoring data, driving SLA performance, and creating added value.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues within the project, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
- Technical knowledge to support and deliver projects in the Customer Success team.
- Prince 2 Practitioner level or other project management skills/certification.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages an advantage.
- Degree in management, technical, or engineering field.
