Customer Success Project Manager

Join our team as a seasoned project manager looking to move into a PMO role in the future. As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ART Sewer, Point, and Customer Framework projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project technical scope, costs, quality, and time parameters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a champion for our customers, monitoring data, driving SLA performance, and creating added value.
  • Ensure work carried out meets documented quality, health, and safety, and environmental standards.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues within the project, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Technical knowledge to support and deliver projects in the Customer Success team.
  • Prince 2 Practitioner level or other project management skills/certification.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages an advantage.
