Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our facilities management organization, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance of a university's portfolio of buildings in Leeds.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Log and allocate maintenance jobs on the Control Hub database using service software (IFS).
* Coordinate with directly employed maintenance teams and supply chain partners to ensure timely completion of works orders.
* Track job progress against predetermined KPIs, including response and rectification times, and implement escalation procedures as needed.
* Provide regular updates to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion, including producing reports.
* Maintain accurate asset information in the Control Hub database.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in PPM (Preventive Maintenance) in a similar role.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Ability to schedule and coordinate engineer workloads effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company in the field, with potential for a permanent position after an initial period. Hourly rate paid via umbrella.
