BCBA Consultant Opportunity

MLK Education Search is working with an 'Outstanding' Independent Special School in London to appoint a confident and passionate BCBA Consultant.

About the Role

The school is an inclusive co-educational provision for children with Autism aged between 5 and 16 years, split across two sites. Each pupil receives an individually devised programme based on a pupil-centred, multi-professional approach to learning, aimed at increasing communication and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ABA Supervisors and Class Leads in conducting assessments and developing skill acquisition programs
  • Develop individualised behaviour reduction plans and provide behavioural skills training and support to staff and families
  • Improve communication, play, leisure, social, independence, and academic outcomes for pupils
Requirements

A Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required. Experience working with individuals with Autism or other developmental disorders is essential. A strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles and techniques is also necessary.
