Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA - Consultant

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 + probation bonus

About the Role:

We are working with an 'Outstanding' Independent Special School in London who wish to appoint a confident, passionate BCBA Consultant. The school is an inclusive co-educational provision for children with Autism aged between 5 and 16 years and is split across two sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ABA Supervisors and Class Leads in conducting assessments, developing skill acquisition programs, and providing behavioral skills training and support to staff and families.
  • Develop individualised behaviour reduction plans to improve the communication, play, leisure, social, independence, and academic outcomes for pupils.
  • Provide Intervention Planning, Direct Pupil Support, Staff Training and Support, and Data Collection and Analysis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disorders.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles and techniques.
  • Dedication to ethical practices and continuous professional development.
