Job Title:
BCBA Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA Consultant to join our team at MLK Education Search. As a BCBA Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ABA Supervisors and Class Leads in conducting assessments, developing skill acquisition programs, and providing behavioral skills training and support to staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ABA Supervisors and Class Leads in conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior reduction plans.
  • Develop and implement skill acquisition programs to improve communication, play, leisure, social, independence, and academic outcomes for pupils.
  • Provide behavioral skills training and support to staff and families.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and SLT to grow and develop the ABA offering.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disorders.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles and techniques.
  • Dedication to ethical practices and continuous professional development.

Each pupil receives an individually devised programme based on a pupil-centred, multi-professional approach to learning, aimed at increasing communication and independence.
