**Job Role:** Marine Asset Specialist
Advanced Resource Managers is recruiting for a highly skilled Marine Asset Specialist to join their team in Scotland.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a proven track record of managing a fleet of vessels.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all vessels are operated safely and efficiently, and that all necessary maintenance and repairs are carried out to prevent downtime.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a fleet of vessels to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and other staff to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure that all necessary equipment and services are available when required.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on fleet performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maritime operations and a strong understanding of technical systems and procedures.
