About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our Homelessness Support team at Two Saints. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting your team to achieve their potential and providing high-quality support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision and Development
    • Provide regular staff supervision, coaching, and reflective practice to support team members in achieving their goals.
    • Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Service Delivery and Operations
    • Work closely with the Service Leader to ensure the service is fully operational and clients are receiving the appropriate support.
    • Monitor and report on service KPIs to ensure we are meeting our targets.
  • Community Engagement and Partnerships
    • Develop relationships with local communities, external partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and support.
    • Engage in tendering and contract management to secure funding for our services.
  • Caseload Management and Support
    • Support a small caseload of clients, providing intensive and targeted support to help them achieve their goals.
    • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure a comprehensive approach to client support.
  • Complaints and Safeguarding
    • Respond to complaints and safeguarding issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Take appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure client safety.
  • Reporting and Data Management
    • Collate data and generate reports to inform service delivery and improvement.
    • Use data to identify trends and areas for development.
  • Crisis Management and On-Call Service
    • Respond to crisis situations and provide support to clients in need.
    • Participate in the on-call service to ensure 24/7 support for our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Experience of working in a residential or institutional setting.
    • Relevant qualifications or training in a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong keyboard skills for data inputting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Ability to respond calmly to crisis situations.
    • Strong team working and leadership skills.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Passion for working with individuals with complex needs.
    • Interest and genuine concern for homelessness and related issues.
