Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social media campaign strategies on TikTok and Meta, including targeting, ad creative, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with our creative team and account management to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of results for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising on TikTok and Meta, incorporating insights into client campaigns.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at TikTok, Meta, Twitch, and YouTube, staying informed about platform updates and new features that benefit our clients.
- 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on Meta.
- Ability to creatively analyze and improve video formats to deliver content optimizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns from start to finish, including campaign strategy, targeting, ad creative, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
