Main Tasks:
  1. Strategic planning and execution for a large portfolio of commercial properties to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  2. Expertise in conducting thorough property assessments, rent reviews, lease negotiations, and conflict resolution.
Necessary Qualifications:
  1. Required Education:
Degree in a relevant field such as property management, surveying, or a related subject.RICS professional qualifications (valuation or commercial property pathway) or ongoing progress toward them.Significant experience in managing commercial properties, including dealing with complex disputes and negotiations.In-depth knowledge of landlord/tenant concerns, financial and legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with property data management systems and local government procurement procedures.
