About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fashion SEO Specialist to execute SEO strategies across two brands for our client, a leading fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical SEO background and experience working with ecommerce platforms, as well as a solid understanding of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on both technical and content aspects.
  • Optimise the Shopify platform, handling errors, redirects, and improving site architecture for SEO performance.
  • Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors and site speed inefficiencies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation, including meta tags, titles, headings, and content updates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Content Writer to create SEO-friendly content and optimise ecommerce pages.
  • Stay informed on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices to recommend proactive improvements.
  • Manage link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
  • Use tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 for monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimisation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of SEO experience, ideally within fashion retail or a digital agency environment.
  • Strong technical SEO skills, from handling robots.txt files to addressing duplicate content and canonical issues.
  • Proven experience optimising Shopify sites and a solid understanding of SEO for ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience developing content strategies driven by SEO insights and data.
  • Proficiency with tools like GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
