Manchester, United Kingdom CTI Digital Full time

We are on the lookout for a Senior SEO Specialist to deliver tangible results for a range of exciting and nationally-known clients as part of our Digital Marketing team.

We are a leading digital agency in the UK and, as such, we deal with prestigious clients from all sectors. As our company grows and our client base expands, we are looking for new members to join our experienced and dynamic team.

**What will my day look like?**:
As an SEO Specialist, you will be a key player in our digital marketing team, supporting all aspects of digital marketing from an SEO and content perspective. You will need to be confident working directly with clients, have strong technical SEO knowledge and be able to provide and implement creative content strategies.

We will provide full training on our agile approach, quality management and wider working practices.
- Build great working relationships with clients in order to create SEO and content strategies that deliver tangible and stable results for clients’ KPIs.
- Define and brief tasks each month, to work towards our clients’ strategic goals.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practice is implemented properly on newly developed websites.
- Communicate the value of SEO, supporting proposals and pitches for business development.
- Help to continually improve the SEO service offering for the agency - maintaining an awareness of competitor offerings for SEO and ensuring that we are adapting and improving to be relevant in the market.
- Perform technical SEO tasks: assisting with site migrations; identifying and diagnosing issues; assessing the impact of algorithmic changes; advising on mobile-first, local SEO, site speed, XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking structure and other factors, to improve search ranking positions for target keywords.
- An excellent communicator - comfortable explaining SEO best practices and strategy, in a simple, non-technical way to a variety of audiences.
- Able to translate performance reports, SEO crawl data, and other research into actionable and priority insights.
- Experienced working across both Technical SEO and Content to assist with on-page content production and publishing.
- Confident in the analysis and reporting of SEO data, using tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Hotjar.
- Experienced in the use of SEO management tools, such as SEMRush, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, ahrefs etc.
- Experienced working with Magento, Umbraco & Drupal from an SEO perspective
- Confident in domain migration projects: creating and keeping an up-to-date site live checklist and working with the development team to ensure we build the best SEO sites during build.
- Up to date with Google Algorithm changes and be able to present this internally and externally to clients.

**Other desirable traits include**:

- Proven experience in delivering SEO results for customers, with demonstrable ROI from past projects.
- Schema.org creation and implementation.

Having recently received a £25 million investment, CTI is now on an accelerated path with growth in several areas across the business and its other brands.
