This role is focused on ensuring the People Centre delivers high-quality services and meets business expectations. As an HR Co-Ordinator, you will provide first-line interaction with Recruiting Managers and facilitate the onboarding of new candidates.
You will work collaboratively with the People Centre Team and stakeholders to provide a professional and efficient service. Key activities include:
- Supporting and assisting with cases on the case management system (PeopleAssist), taking ownership while adhering to service level agreements.
- Issuing employment contracts and onboarding new candidates.
- Engaging with hiring managers and candidates to provide regular updates on the onboarding process.
- Ensuring accurate recording of HR data on HR systems and aligning with payroll deadlines.
- Managing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicating clearly with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Commitment to providing high-level customer service.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Confidence in providing guidance and advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity and organisation in resolving queries within expected timescales.
- Meticulous attention to detail for updating the HR system Success Factors.
- Good understanding of current HR policies, GDPR, and Employment Law.
Education and Qualifications
- Standard Grades including English and Mathematics.
- CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential).
