- Accurately log service and repair requirements, ensuring efficient workflow
- Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on vehicle progress, costs, and completion timelines
- Process job cards, invoices, and payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, resolving issues in a fair and transparent manner
- Submit warranty claims and place orders for parts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime
- Conduct regular stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of automotive processes and services is desirable, but not essential
- Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and invoicing is a must
- Competitive salary of £27k - £30k
- Monday to Friday working hours, with some flexibility for remote work
- 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays
