Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to be the main point of contact for a portfolio of Codeweavers' Broker, Media Companies, CRM/DMS providers, and Reseller clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from our API services and assist in integrating these services.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Support the development teams by understanding clients' business requirements and roadmaps.
- Lead the bidding/tender process for new client opportunities.
- Manage challenging client requests, issues, or escalations.
- Act as the client's champion within Codeweavers and advocate on their behalf.
- Lead the commercial relationship with our clients, providing quotes for work and reviewing contracts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Affiliate, team members, and the wider commercial team on internal process improvements and tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience in the automotive/finance industry or other relevant areas is desirable.
- Experience working with product/platform development is desirable.
- Experience working in an agile environment is an advantage.
- Experience in a software development environment is an advantage.
