New Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled New Business Director to drive growth initiatives and foster collaboration across our UK Publicis Production network. As a key point of contact for new business, you will lead initiatives and support pitches to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage case studies to showcase agency capabilities
  • Foster collaboration and connection among stakeholders
  • Coordinate processes and logistics for pitch meetings
  • Maintain the New Business and case study libraries
  • Stay informed on industry trends and refine processes accordingly
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a similar role; preferably with creative agencies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to drive internal engagement
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently
  • Passionate team player with a detail-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
