About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting and operating power presses and other manufacturing machines to produce high-quality components to drawing specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate power presses and other related production machines to produce accurate, high-quality components.
  • Conduct product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work a shift pattern including 6-2 and 2-10 with an early finish on Friday.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a factory environment.
  • Computer literacy.
