Job Title: Care Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
* Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing their finances
* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care

Requirements:

* A passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
* A smartphone to stay in touch with colleagues and clients
* A right to work in the UK
* Ability to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
