As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our stock counting teams and ensuring that stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
**Salary:** £33,480 per annum (approximately)
Job Description:- The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience of managing teams and improving productivity.
- You will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- In addition, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A full driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to client sites.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain focused under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts.
