Graduate LSA Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate LSA to join our team at GSL Education. As a Graduate LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development, ensuring they reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Teachers: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to meet the needs of individual students.
  • One-on-One Support: Provide targeted support to students with specific learning needs, helping them to overcome barriers to their education.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Social and Emotional Development: Encourage students' social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

The ideal Graduate LSA will have a degree, a strong commitment to helping students succeed, and a genuine interest in education. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive educational setting.
