Graduate LSA Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate LSA to join our team at GSL Education. As a Graduate LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development, ensuring they reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs, helping them to overcome barriers to their education.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Encourage students' social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • A strong commitment to helping students succeed.
  • A genuine interest in education.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Please note that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
