Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our academies across the North West Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver HR management, support, and projects across our academies.
  • Support academies in interpreting legislation, policy, and guidance to ensure compliance with national requirements.
  • Develop and implement local policies and procedures that ensure compliance with national requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading, motivating, and developing staff within a HR and payroll operational environment.
  • Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures relating to human resource management and organizational development.
  • Ability to interpret legislation, policy, and guidance to contribute to the formulation of local policies and procedures.
