Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our Worcester office. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. They will also have a proven track record of success in business development, with experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
