The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail management experience and a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets. A degree in business or retail management is preferred, but not required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and boost profitability.
  • Support sales activities and motivate the team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of kiosk staff.
  • Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
  • Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.

**Salary and Benefits:**

A competitive salary starting at £23,000, rising to £25,000 after a successful 3-month probation. Additionally, you will be eligible for a performance bonus scheme (2-5% of kiosk revenue) and up to 10% personal bonus.

**Location:** Our kiosks are located in Westfield, Stratford, and White City. You will be required to travel between locations and work varied hours, including weekends.
