As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors in providing high-quality audit services to our clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, as well as identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit teams in conducting financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Manage and motivate staff to ensure best performance and professional development
  • Monitor costs against budget for individual clients and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) with significant external audit experience
  • Proven track record of business development, including targeting, proposal preparation, and presentation
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, industry specifics, and their application
  • Previous experience in management and motivation of staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
