As an ACCA Audit Manager - Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading audit teams, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Awareness: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and the impacts on our work.
- Management: Arrange timetables, book staff, plan reviews, and complete audit and other related assignments.
- Business Development: Prepare and review proposals for new work, attend marketing events, develop personal contacts, and identify opportunities for Evelyn Partners with current clients.
- Training and Development: Ensure assessment forms are completed, provide feedback to staff, and receive in-house and external training.
- Client Billing: Monitor costs against budget for individual clients.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA).
- Significant external audit experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Experience of business development activities, such as targeting, proposal preparation, and networking events.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, industry specifics, and their application.
- Previous experience of managing and motivating staff to ensure best performance.
