Job Description

As an ACCA Audit Manager at Evelyn Partners, you will play a key role in driving our commercial success. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing commercial awareness of clients' businesses and their impact on our work.
  • Managing audit teams, arranging timetables, and ensuring the completion of assignments.
  • Driving business development through proposal preparation, marketing events, and client relationships.
  • Ensuring staff training and development, including assessment forms and feedback.
  • Managing client billing and commercial awareness of work-in-progress.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) with significant external audit experience.
  • Experience in business development, including proposal preparation and presentation.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, industry specifics, and their application.
  • Previous experience in managing staff and motivating them to achieve best performance.
  • Monitoring costs against budget for individual clients.
