Audit Manager Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join a prestigious Top 10 firm of chartered accountants in Tunbridge Wells. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits for OMB, fully listed, and AIM listed clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement commercial insights to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
  • Efficiently coordinate schedules, staffing assignments, and audit planning to meet client needs.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring they receive constructive feedback and appropriate training.
  • Oversee work in progress and billing procedures, maintaining a keen awareness of commercial considerations.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant, such as ACA, CA, or ACCA.
  • Comprehensive background in external audit within a professional services setting.
  • Proficient in business development tasks, including targeting, proposal drafting, presentations, and networking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying accounting and auditing standards.
  • Skilled in monitoring client expenditures within budgetary limits.
