As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors in providing high-quality audit services to our clients. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing standards, and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit teams in conducting financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
  • Develop and implement audit strategies, including risk assessments and audit plans.
  • Manage and motivate staff to ensure best performance and professional development.
  • Monitor costs against budget for individual clients and ensure commercial awareness of all aspects of clients' businesses.
  • Participate in business development activities, such as targeting, proposal preparation, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) with significant external audit experience.
  • Proven track record of business development and management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, industry specifics, and their application.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
