Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward the sales and profitability of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve branch performance
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth running and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven track record in driving sales forward with operations experience
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
