Job Title: Family Support Specialist - Norwich

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team in the Norwich area. In this role, you will work closely with families, identifying and addressing worries, and creating plans for support.

As a key member of our Family Help service, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of Family Support cases. Your primary goal will be to keep children and young people safe through early intervention, preventing the need for statutory involvement.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £37,000 per annum.
