About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented Management Accounts Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd in Lincolnshire.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our finance team to develop and implement effective financial strategies that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Mentor and develop a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and detailed reports for key internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, KPIs, and variances to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, aligning them with strategic business goals.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide critical financial insights that will support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • AACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
  • Strong background in management accounting
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
