About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and information management.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective data management systems to support the Trust's business objectives
  2. Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
  3. Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to develop and implement effective information management systems

Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Evidence of servicing information requirements in a complex environment
  • Competent in the use of PC software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Highly numerate and able to analyse and interpret information
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Change management skills
  • Awareness and Knowledge of the dignity in care agenda
  • Ability to evidence/demonstrate key values and behaviours in line with the Trust framework

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £42,500 - £57,500 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer an excellent benefits package, including:
