About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Liaison Specialist to join our team at Progeny. As a Client Liaison Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Planners and Paraplanners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Support the onboarding of new clients, processing and submitting various financial products, including pensions, life assurance, and investments.
  • Client Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data is maintained on both internal and external systems.
  • Communication and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including managing planner diaries and organizing client meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a supporting role within a financial services setting, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of financial services, including regulations, and excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
  • Education: Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards, and working towards CeMAP (Mortgages) are desirable.
