Job Overview

At ITS Engineering, we have a unique opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer to join our team in the Oxfordshire region. With a strong focus on environmental simulation systems, heat technology, and climate control, our client partners rely on us to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role is perfect for an experienced engineer looking for a better work-life balance and a change of pace. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining testing chambers, working closely with our clients to understand their specific needs.

We placed two engineers with this company last year who came from a chiller and supermarket refrigeration background, and both are thriving in their new roles.

In this position, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of £40,000-£42,000, covering a 1-hour radius around Oxford. The working hours are standard, with 30 minutes for lunch, and holidays include 26 days plus bank holidays.
