Job Description: As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all systems are working correctly and identifying root causes to provide long-term solutions for our clients. This role involves performing site maintenance works, responding to critical issues, and maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment. Your key responsibilities include:
- To perform and deliver site maintenance works.
- To respond and react to call-outs for critical issues.
- To carry out near miss and potential incident reporting.
- To liaise with customers on-site to discuss ongoing works and further services.
