SEND Support Educator

Qualiteach Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Support Educator to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with teachers and other staff members to help students achieve their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND, both inside and outside the classroom, to facilitate engagement with learning activities and attainment of learning goals.
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teachers.
* Offer practical assistance with tasks such as personal care, mobility support, and sensory integration activities as needed.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, parents/carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic development and wellbeing of students with SEND.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, observations, and interventions in accordance with school policies and procedures.
