Lead Salesforce Engineer

InterQuest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Salesforce engineers, driving delivery, and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce engineering team.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in software engineering with a demonstrated career progression into a technical leadership position.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex classes, APIs, and test-driven development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
