About the Job

The Executive Assistant - CEO Office is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and wider leadership team, ensuring the effective operation of the office and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's diary, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Develop and implement strategic administrative processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Healthcare industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
Salary and Benefits
