Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters and will be responsible for managing their own caseload of litigation matters, including probate disputes, landlord and tenant cases, TLATA claims, and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
  • Advise clients on contractual disputes and negotiate settlements
  • Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in civil litigation
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on client care
