Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we have a reputation for trust and integrity, and we are committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters and will be responsible for managing their own caseload of litigation matters, including probate disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, TLATA claims, and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including probate disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, TLATA claims, and contractual disputes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
