Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Croydon, Surrey. As a key member of our litigation department, you will manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, including probate disputes, landlord and tenant cases, and contractual disputes.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including probate disputes, landlord and tenant cases, and contractual disputes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in civil litigation.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
