Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a specialist legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on trust and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters, including probate disputes, landlord and tenant cases, and TLATA claims. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills are essential, as well as the ability to consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
  • Advise and represent clients in landlord and tenant cases, including commercial and residential disputes
  • Handle TLATA claims and other civil litigation matters
  • Meet billing targets while delivering exceptional client service
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years PQE in civil litigation
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Ability to consistently meet billing targets
  • Great IT skills and experience with case management systems
